Rental applications are for a mobile home LOT ONLY in Ski Town Village mobile home park just north of Gunnison, Colorado. Lots rent for $825.00 plus prorated trash and sewer charges. The rent includes only water – you are responsible to pay for electricity, gas, and any other utilities.
YOU MUST BE PURCHASING AN EXISTING TRAILER IN THE PARK OR MOVING A NEW TRAILER INTO ONE OF THE VACANT LOTS. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR KNOWING AND COMPLYING WITH THE VARIOUS REGULATIONS AND LIMITATIONS FOR EXISTING AND/OR NEW TRAILERS IN THIS PARK IN GUNNISON COUNTY, COLORADO.
