Lot Rent: $875.00 per month

All purchasers of existing trailers within the park, who wish to keep the trailer in the park, are required to pass credit and criminal background checks. Upon approval, new tenants are required to sign a new lease at the market rent rate. Failure to follow this process is a default under the existing lease.

We are located just north of Gunnison Colorado on the highway to Crested Butte town and ski area.
